1. Visual Studio 2005 (OR) 2008 (OR) 2010
2. ASP.Net 2.0/3.0/3.5
If you want to connect databases like SQL Server then you need to install SQL Server also.

In the above link, you can only download express editions of Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server Database.
